ART SOZO
Art Sozo is a unique take on the Sozo process, blending traditional Sozo inner-healing tools with the freedom of art as a way to connect with God and heal wounds and lies. Through the Art Sozo Workshop, God moves powerfully and touches people's hearts, releasing creativity and bringing lasting healing.
Art Sozo creates a safe space where God can reveal truth, restore identity, and bring a deeper peace to your heart. Through simple artistic elements, you are invited to explore what is happening in your hearts while being gently guided by the Holy Spirit.

join an upcoming local workshop
invite us to your home group, church, organization, or school
book a personal, private Art Sozo session (available online)

2. Choose the format that fits you
You can either come to one of our hosted sessions, or we can bring the Art Sozo experience to your community.
The Art Sozo Workshop is a 3-hour in-person group gathering where participants are guided through a series of simple painting exercises designed to help them connect deeply with God.
3. Encounter God and receive healing
During the session, you’ll be gently led through a creative process where you begin to express your emotions through art and invite God into them.
As you create your Signature Art Sozo piece, you will:
connect with your heart in a safe and meaningful way

receive God’s truth in place of limiting beliefs

No artistic experience is needed—just an open heart.
Art is a profound tool to communicate with Father God. It is like a bridge between your heart and God’s heart.
We all carry wounds, that are not easily accessed through words alone. They are stored deeper, in emotions and memories. Art becomes a gentle doorway to bring those hidden places into the light, without pressure or striving. During creative process, the Holy Spirit reveals what needs healing, and more importantly, who God is for us in that place.
